A confirmed contractor network and a local coordinator. Response windows are published for these zones and we hold them.

On request
We accept the enquiry, confirm which trades we can staff for that specific address, and quote a schedule for it. If we cannot do the job properly, we tell you rather than take it.

Zones move to core as the contractor network is confirmed in each one. Until a zone is listed as core, every timing is confirmed per address rather than promised in advance.
