Scope of activity

Property inspection, condition reporting, contractor sourcing and comparison, supervision of repair and renovation work, and coordination of maintenance for property owners. We do not provide legal, tax or real-estate brokerage services, and we do not carry out construction work ourselves. See the terms of service.

Dispute resolution

The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, and is no longer available. We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. We are willing to resolve any dispute directly — write to the address above first.
