Owners whose villa sits empty between visits and who currently rely on a neighbour, a cleaner, or nobody at all.
What is included
- Keyholding under a signed key register: which key, which lock, who holds it, when it moved.
- One scheduled, documented villa inspection each month against a written condition checklist — two a month on Priority Villa Care.
- Dated photographs of every checked item, filed in one report.
- Water, electricity and heating checks, plus inspection for damp, leaks and storm damage.
- Priority response when a severe weather warning is issued for your zone, from Priority Villa Care upwards. Attendance is agreed event by event rather than promised without limit.
- An emergency coordination channel: we take the call, brief the right trade and organise the response. Attending the villa in person out of hours is quoted separately.
- Seasonal preparation checks — winterisation in autumn, season-ready in spring — from Priority Villa Care upwards.
- Post and official notices collected and forwarded as scans.
What is not included
- Repair work itself, which is scoped and quoted under Repair Control.
- Cleaning, laundry and guest turnovers.
- Rental management, guest communication or listing administration.
- Legal, tax or real-estate brokerage services.
- Unlimited attendance. Event attendance, out-of-hours call-outs and repeated post-storm visits are coordinated and quoted, not absorbed into the monthly fee.
